This Privacy Policy explains how Voway (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit voway.ai (the “Site”) or join our waitlist. Voway is a product of Voway LLC (pending formation). By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. Contact: support@voway.ai.
1. Information We Collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, approximate access time, language preference stored on your device, and similar data needed to operate and secure the Site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this Site. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. How We Use Information
- To notify you about Voway early access, launch updates, and related product communications

- To operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Site

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for launch communications and related operations, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist email by contacting support@voway.ai. Depending on where you live (including certain U.S. states such as California), you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to know, delete, correct, or appeal a refusal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available to you by law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided an email to us, contact support@voway.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. International Visitors
The Site is intended primarily for a U.S. audience. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
